WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
DO YOU HAVE ANY TIPS TO CARE FOR MY SURF SIMPLY SWIMWEAR, RASHGUARDS AND BOARDSHORTS?
Our swimwear, rash guards and boardshorts are made to last. You definitely want to take good care of your suits and boardies to maintain the highest quality and longevity of your clothes. We recommend hand washing your swimwear and boardshorts in cold water with a mild detergent to remove chlorine or salt water. No bleach. Hang or lay it flat to dry inside out and out of direct sunlight. Do not put your suits or boardshorts in a dryer as this can damage the fibers of the elastic. We would also recommend you try to avoid oils and tinted sunscreen.
DO ANY OF YOUR TOPS HAVE PADDING?
None of our tops or one pieces have padding, however all our of suits are double lined to ensure no chance of see through!
I AM IN BETWEEN SIZES ON YOUR SIZING CHART, SHOULD I SIZE UP OR SIZE DOWN?
Depending on the suit, we would say size down. For the bottoms, keep in mind that our bikinis bottoms may be considered to have minimal rear coverage, so you might want to size up.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders are fulfilled within 1 day of receiving your order. Orders received before 2:00 PM EST are shipped the same day. All orders received after 2:00 PM EST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. For delivery or shipping time frames, please visit UPS.com and USPS.com. Please note, our standard method of shipping is via USPS and shipping typically delivers in 1 to 5 business days. We offer 2Day and next day shipping via UPS.
WHERE ARE THE ORDERS SHIPPED FROM?
Your order is processed and shipped from our warehouse in Washington state.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Paypal, VISA, and MasterCard credit and debit cards.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number (for those destinations where tracking is available).

AM I LIABLE FOR DUTIES OR TAXES ON MY ORDER?
Yes, you are liable for any custom duties or taxes that are applicable to your order, determined by your local customs authority. Please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you - regulations and guidelines differ by country.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes, you can return your order for a full refund (excluding shipping charges paid). However, all returns are bound by our returns policy.

I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?
Please fill out the Returns Form or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for your return authorization number. Please note that all international customers are responsible for shipping charges including duties and taxes. When returning items back to Surf Simply, we recommend adding insurance with tracking to ensure your package arrives at our office.
I'VE RETURNED SOME ITEMS. WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE THEM?
If you send your return via USPS it should arrive within 1-7 business days and be processed within 48 hours for refund. We will notify you via email when the return has been processed.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
All items are couriered from our warehouse in the most secure possible way. However, if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email email@example.com and we’ll review the matter right away.
